1. Scope
These terms and conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Liwan Sharqi.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button, which accepts the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more details about any applicable shipping costs in the offers.

5. Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:
Advance Payment
If you choose the advance payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. After receiving the invoice, the amount must be transferred to the Liwan Sharqi account within 3 working days.
PayPal
In cooperation with the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), we offer you the following payment options as PayPal services. Unless otherwise specified below, using PayPal Plus does not require registration with PayPal. You will receive further information on the respective payment option and during the ordering process.
- PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the PayPal payment option, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order.
PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered and self-selected PayPal customers based on their own criteria. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; further individually offered payment methods relate to your legal relationship with PayPal. - Credit Card via PayPal
PayPal will charge your card after the goods have been dispatched.
- Direct Debit via PayPal
Payment by direct debit via PayPal requires an address and credit check and is made directly to PayPal. By confirming the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the debit (so-called pre-notification) in advance. The debit to your account takes place before the goods are dispatched.

Invoice payment via PayPal requires an address and credit check and is made directly to PayPal.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.
7. Transport Damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The failure to make a complaint or contact us will not affect your statutory claims and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, it will help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

9. Liability
We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:
• in case of injury to life, body, or health,
• in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
• for warranty promises, if agreed, or
• as far as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In case of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract and on the compliance of which the contractual partner can regularly rely (cardinal obligations) by slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of the contract’s conclusion, the occurrence of which must typically be anticipated.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
